Dancing Forest Sp. z o.o., ul. Wolińska 4, 03-699 Warszawa, Poland, is the controller of personal data collected through dancing-forest.com. This page explains what we collect and what happens to it.
What we collect, and why
When you place an order: your name, delivery and billing address, email address and phone number. We need this to fulfil the contract of sale — to make, ship and invoice your order. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and our legal obligation to keep accounting records (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
When you write through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, and the content of your message. The form does not store anything on this website — the message is sent to our inbox and lives there, in our email, like any other letter. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not collect anything else. We do not track your behaviour on the site, we do not buy or sell data, and we do not use your data to build a profile or to make automated decisions about you.
Who else sees it
Only the parties who have to: the courier delivering your order, our accountants, our bank when a payment is made, and our hosting provider, which stores the website and its database. Each acts on our instructions or under its own legal obligations. We do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area.
How long we keep it
Order and invoicing data: five years from the end of the accounting year, as Polish tax law requires. Correspondence: as long as it is useful for the matter it concerns, then deleted.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict or stop processing it, or ask for it in a portable format. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
