Delivery & Returns

Delivery

We ship across Europe. Delivery takes 2 to 7 days from dispatch. You receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the workshop. Pieces marked made to order are built after the order is placed; ask us for the current lead time before ordering.

Returns

You may return merchandise within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Write to info@dancing-forest.com and we will arrange collection and refund. Goods should come back in the condition they arrived in, in their original packaging where possible.

This is in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal as a consumer under EU law, which also runs for 14 days from delivery.

Damage in transit

Solid oak travels well, but couriers are couriers. If a piece arrives damaged, photograph it before unpacking further and write to us the same day — we replace or refund.

Warranty

Our furniture is made from solid oak and is built to be repaired and refinished rather than replaced. If something fails through a fault in materials or workmanship, tell us and we will put it right.
